Journal of Dokuz Eylül University Nursing Faculty is published once in every three month. It is a peer-reviewed journal. The Journal owner is Nursing Faculty Dean on behalf of Dokuz Eylül University Nursing Faculty. Dokuz Eylül University Nursing Faculty Electronic Journal is in Index Turkish Medicine by Turkish Medline and Turkey Citation Index. The first issue of the Journal was published on 15 July 2008.

Journal of Dokuz Eylül University Nursing Faculty covers researches of nursing and health care in every area. In order that our Journal can take part in international indexes such as SCI, SSCI, articles both from home country and foreign countries are accepted. Publications in Turkish are evaluated by Turkish editors and referees; publications in English are evaluated by our international editors and referees.

All the articles sent to Journal of Dokuz Eylül University Nursing Faculty are first evaluated in terms of compliance with publication policies of the magazine by the board of editors. Articles that are considered in compliance are sent for review of three consultants. After texts are received, they are assessed within five months and re-send to the author. Articles that are accepted should be corrected accordingly and transferred to the magazine within one month at the latest.

New issues of our Journal will be published on dates of 15 January 2016, 15 April 2016, 15 July 2016 and 15 October 2016.
